Account secrets
ERA support cannot recover a lost recovery phrase and will never request a phrase, private key, PIN or password. Never paste an existing recovery phrase into a website.
Phishing and impersonation
Do not trust direct messages, download mirrors or files claiming to be a current ERA-owned wallet. Preserve non-secret evidence and report the URL or sender.
Bug and security reports
Send steps, platform, timestamps, public transaction hashes and redacted diagnostics. Remove keys, phrases, passwords and personal data. Report exploitable issues privately before public disclosure.
