ERA AI Prediction Tokenization — User Guide

1. Install and verify ERA Wallet

1. Choose the current recommended Android or complete Windows ZIP release on the official downloads page.
2. Compare the file’s SHA-256 with the value published on eraprojects.io.
3. Stop and report a checksum mismatch; do not open the file.
4. Follow the platform installation instructions. Never install a debug APK or an unofficial mirror.

2. Create or import an account securely

1. Create an account or import one with its recovery phrase in private.
2. Record the recovery phrase offline and never send it to support.
3. Set a strong PIN or password and verify the account address.
4. ERA cannot recover a lost recovery phrase. A lost PIN may require restoring with the recovery phrase.

3. View approved models and predictions

1. Connect to ERA and confirm the displayed network and account.
2. Browse approved models, then inspect an open prediction.
3. Read its question, outcome rules, closing information, and settlement conditions.
4. Select YES or NO and review the position amount and transaction fee.

4. Sign, track, and reconcile

1. Confirm all details before signing.
2. Track submission, inclusion, and finality; do not repeatedly submit while pending.
3. Use finalized transaction tracking and transaction recovery if the app closes.
4. Refresh or run position and chain reconciliation if local state differs from finalized chain state.

5. Settlement and payout claims

1. Wait for authorized settlement under the published prediction rules.
2. Review the finalized settlement status and claim eligibility.
3. Submit the payout claim, review its fee, and track finality.
4. Reconcile the position and balance after the claim finalizes.

6. Problems and reports

For installation, connections, pending transactions, reconciliation, claims, bugs, phishing, fake wallets, or security concerns, use official support. Include public transaction hashes and redacted diagnostics where helpful, but never secrets.
