• No confidential, personal, proprietary or secret information stored on-chain
• Clear risk disclosures and recognition that AI results can be wrong

审查生命周期

1. Submit an application without secret or confidential data.
2. ERA reviews purpose, technical readiness, resolution, risk and scope.
3. If approved, onboarding and any delegation are configured under governed controls.
4. Model status is monitored; approval may be limited, suspended or withdrawn.
5. Broader access requires a separate readiness decision.
