ERA Support and Security

Use the guidance below, then contact support@eraprojects.io.

Official source and scam warning

Use eraprojects.io as the official source for ERA software, wallet downloads, checksums, network information, AI Prediction documentation, and ERA World Engine announcements. ERA representatives will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key, PIN, or wallet password.

Do not use unofficial download mirrors, social-media direct messages, or third-party wallet links. Social channels may announce updates; canonical details and downloads remain on eraprojects.io.

Official public source
eraprojects.io is the official public information source for ERA Blockchain, ERA Wallet, AI Prediction Tokenization, and ERA World Engine.

Install and verify

For wallet installation, minimum systems, and checksum verification, use the official downloads page. A checksum mismatch means stop: delete the file and report the source.

Official downloads and checksums

Connection and transactions

For connection issues, confirm the canonical endpoint and network page. Pending does not mean finalized. Record the public transaction hash and avoid duplicate submission while status is unknown.

Canonical network status

Reconciliation and claims

Refresh finalized chain state before balance or position reconciliation. Claims are available only after valid settlement and eligibility. Track claim finality before retrying.

User guide

Lost PIN

A PIN cannot be disclosed by support. If necessary, reinstall and restore using your securely held recovery phrase.

Lost recovery phrase

ERA cannot recover a lost recovery phrase. Without it, an inaccessible self-custody account may be unrecoverable.

Phishing and fake wallets

Do not trust direct messages, unofficial mirrors, or third-party wallet links. Preserve non-secret evidence and report the URL or sender.

Bug reports

Send steps to reproduce, platform, wallet version, timestamps, public transaction hashes, and redacted diagnostics. Remove keys, phrases, PINs, passwords, and personal data.

Security reports

Send security reports privately to support@eraprojects.io. Do not publicly disclose an exploitable issue before coordination.

Credential safety

ERA support will never request a recovery phrase, private key, PIN, or password.
