Official downloads and checksumsFor connection issues, confirm the canonical endpoint and network page. Pending does not mean finalized. Record the public transaction hash and avoid duplicate submission while status is unknown.
Canonical network statusRefresh finalized chain state before balance or position reconciliation. Claims are available only after valid settlement and eligibility. Track claim finality before retrying.
User guideA PIN cannot be disclosed by support. If necessary, reinstall and restore using your securely held recovery phrase.
ERA cannot recover a lost recovery phrase. Without it, an inaccessible self-custody account may be unrecoverable.
Do not trust direct messages, unofficial mirrors, or third-party wallet links. Preserve non-secret evidence and report the URL or sender.
Send steps to reproduce, platform, wallet version, timestamps, public transaction hashes, and redacted diagnostics. Remove keys, phrases, PINs, passwords, and personal data.
