ERA V13 network baseline
ERA V13 is live at runtime specVersion 13. The V13 monetary migration and lifetime-cap enforcement are complete. The verified activation issuance was exactly 100,000,000 ETKN, the lifetime issuance cap is 1,000,000,000 ETKN, and the remaining lifetime issuance allowance at activation was 900,000,000 ETKN. Staking, nomination, validator election and era progression remain active; the current era payout is configured at zero.

Upgrade V13
V13 deployment and monetary migration are complete. The activation-state issuance and lifetime-cap values are verified deployed facts, not proposed values and not a real-time balance feed.
Active local development - not live
Upgrade V14
V14 is in active local development. Its capped staking-economics design has been approved, while implementation, comprehensive testing, benchmark-generated weights and evidence, reproducible-build verification, migration rehearsal and independent review remain in progress. V14 is not live.
Active development programme - not live
Complete V14 scope
The V14 programme is organized as nine sequential gates. V14-1 is the current gate; later gates remain subject to implementation, evidence, review and their applicable approvals. None of these V14 capabilities is live on the V13 network.
Complete V14 programme gate scope
| Gate | Scope |
| V14-1 | Capped staking economics—current gate |
| V14-2 | Permissionless validator onboarding, deposits, offences/slashing, elections and decentralization |
| V14-3 | Multisig/proxy, 3-of-3 custody, allocation controls, vesting and governance foundations |
| V14-4 | Fungible assets, NFTs/digital rights, contracts and evaluated ERC-20/interoperability architecture |
| V14-5 | AMM, liquidity, DeFi and DApp foundations |
| V14-6 | Full migration rehearsal, adversarial disposable testnet and external-validator proof |
| V14-7 | Independent audit, benchmark evidence, reproducible release and wallet compatibility |
| V14-8 | Sanitized public node source, documentation, SDKs, deployment scripts and sample DApps |
| V14-9 | Separately approved mainnet activation, stability verification, website alignment and prelaunch readiness |
Future - controlled pilot, not live
ERA Blockchain V15 - ERA Compute Network Foundation and Controlled GPU Digital-Twin Settlement
Validators would secure ERA Blockchain while separate GPU workers perform reconstruction, Gaussian splatting, mesh generation, rendering, optimisation and related AI/3D work off-chain. Separate verifiers would assess outputs; the chain would coordinate bounded job records, commitments, registration, bonds, deadlines, acceptance, disputes and ETKN settlement.
Private customer media and derived assets would remain encrypted and off-chain. ETKN compute payments would transfer existing tokens, not create issuance. GPU work must not execute inside consensus or delay validators. Permissionless participation is a later phase after controlled testnet evidence, privacy review, security testing and economic validation.
V14 validator growth - design target
Activation is designed to preserve the four existing validators, followed by controlled expansion toward seven validators and then one qualified validator at a time, subject to benchmark-proven technical bounds. The target minimum validator self-bond is 10,000 ETKN, the target maximum validator commission is 20%, and there is no permanent governance or policy cap of ten validators. These targets are not live.
ERA World Engine-Programm
The public information sites are live. The application platform, Twin Worlds pilot, app-first Android/iOS/Windows clients, Berlin-Mitte business and hotel work, connected worlds, agents, services and commerce remain in development or future. V15 is a future blockchain utility programme supporting digital-twin creation and delivery.
